Blended Intensive Programmes (BIP)
About the programme
Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs) are short, intensive programmes organised by higher education institutions abroad. These programmes use innovative teaching and learning methods, including mandatory online participation. Part of the programme takes place in person, while the other part is virtual.
The physical mobility part of the BIP lasts between 5 and 30 days, while participation in the virtual part of the programme is compulsory. Students must obtain a minimum of 3 credits (ECTS) in the programme. Participation in a specific BIP is not possible if the student is simultaneously on Erasmus study exchange or traineeship.
You can find the exhaustive compilation of BIP Programmes by visiting this link: https://erasmusbip.org/list-of-bips/
To participate in BIP through the Erasmus+ program, please follow these steps:
Application to the Selected BIP: Initiate your participation by submitting an application to the selected BIP.
Application for the Erasmus+ Call for Participation in BIPs: Apply for the Erasmus+ call for participation in BIP via the online application form. Mandatory attachments include: Approved proposal for recognition of learning outcomes and BIP program (or certificate of acceptance at BIP).
Conclusion of a Learning Agreement: Before the start of mobility, finalize the process by concluding a learning agreement.
