In the last months, the University of Primorska cooperated closely with other universities, Ministry of Education, Science and Sport, National Institute of Public Health and interest organisations. 

We reached a common goal to implement studies live under the vaccine/test/recovery condition. 

Therefore, the University of Primorska is intensively preparing to accept students at its premises and we looking forward to student life at our faculties!

VACCINE / TEST / RECOVERY

VACCINE/TEST/RECOVERY system is and will be in place in Slovenia for the academic year 2021/2022. The university will implement lectures and exercises live and students will have to prove that: 

- they have been fully vaccinated or
- they have recovered from COVID-19 less than 6 month ago or
- they have been negative on Rapid Antigen Test less than 48 hour ago. 

Regulation on implementation of screening programmes for early detection of infection with the virus SARS-CoV-2, which will be used from 23 August 2021 onwards, does not include students among categories for which the national budget is paying for testing. Students can therefore attend tests if they pay for them (maximum 12 EUR).

FRESHMEN RECEPTIONS

At the start of the academic year we are preparing receptions for freshmen and students.  

FRIDAY, 1 OCTOBER
10.00: Faculty receptions - you will receive more information from student offices at your faculties 

SATURDAY, 2 OCTOBER
10.00 - 18.00: fun-recreational day in San Simon 
19.00 - ?: concerts of student groups

SUNDAY, 3 OCTOBER
13.00: hiking to the "Ušesa Iste" (rockshelters Veli Badin)

MONDAY, 4 OCTOBER
Good luck in classrooms!

CHANGES

This notification is prepared taking into account current conditions, all the talks and with expectations that all involved partners respect reached agreement.
